Effortless Operation

In the user-friendly interface, a single large button is used to set all time stamps. The app recalls your recent stamp type and suggests the next one accordingly. For instance, if you return from a break, the next stamp will default to working time.

The interface offers various display modes such as current time, working hours, break times, and more. Switch between display types with a single tap, and the projected end of your workday is continuously updated in real-time.

Flexible Time Management

TimeStamps features a comprehensive flextime account for managing overtime. It includes an initial balance, weekly correction factor, and compensatory days off. Users also have the option to disable the flextime feature in the app settings.

Automated Breaks

In the settings menu, users can define a default break length per workweek. TimeStamps can automatically deduct this break duration at the end of each day. If the actual break exceeds the default setting, the longer duration is considered. The app indicates whether automatic breaks are applied with a visual symbol.

Detailed Backend

In the backend section, all timestamps are cataloged across various views. Users can add new timestamps, delete or edit existing entries as needed.

Tagging System

Each timestamp can be tagged from a user-defined list for easy organization. Tags are fully customizable and can be modified, hidden, reordered, or deleted. A forthcoming feature will introduce tag-specific export options for enhanced functionality.

Schedule Customization

Users can configure work-free days - including holidays, vacation days, compensatory days off, and sick leave through the backend interface. On these designated days, default work and break times are bypassed, though users retain the option to record working hours manually if necessary.

Insightful Data Analysis

TimeStamps offers insightful statistics within both daily and weekly timestamp views to provide users with crucial information like weekly overtime totals or cumulative business trip durations.

Data Reports

The app allows for generating diverse reports based on timestamp data within specified date ranges. Reports can be exported as HTML or CSV files and sent to one or multiple email addresses. Users can save custom report configurations for future use.

Customizable Settings

Recognizing diverse work schedules, TimeStamps lets users define precise work and break times for each day of a standard workweek down to the minute. Additionally, users can opt for continuous work without breaks with a single click. Default time settings are adjustable on a per-day basis.
